Over the last couple of years, Tom has had the opportunity to hike many trails in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. The experience of those hikes, together with a few thousand photos, have since become inspiration for illustrations using Krita for instance, or photos edited with Darktable and Gimp, a new website built with Hugo (hikertoonist.com) for collating and presenting hike related art, and 3D things for use in Godot and Blender. We will explore these art adventures all made possible by open source software.
