Live coding, algo-folk performance combining sonic and visual synthesis in real time.

I am going to perform sound and visuals with été, a web-based, custom made, and open source program. The performance is live coded, meaning the composition happens in real time, and the code I operate is displayed to the public. The resulting audio/video production is at the crossing of netart, typography, language / sound transcription, and folk music. I think my approach of digital matter (transparency, critical, accepting errors…) may be of interest to a wide audience while offering singular visual and sound forms.
